Emma is a third generation farmer who knows first hand the difficulty of managing a transient workforce and navigating employment and farm safety compliance. Her on-farm frustrations gave way to innovation with the creation of Troop - software designed to make every farmer the confidence that they can manage the unmanageable.

Emma has become an industry authority and advocate on Australian farm labour. Emma contributes regularly to print radio and television media, some of which are included below.
